Wishing you a good, sweet, “tweet” New Year!

It’s been a while since we last “tweeted” and I certainly hope that all of you will have a good, sweet, “tweet” New Year!

I was surprised to discover that there is a Jewish perspective to “Twitter.”

There has been much talk about the Goldstone U.N. Report on the Gaza war. Its bias against Israel seems to be obvious to all, and not just from those who traditionally support Israel. The Economist is one of the most important magazines in the world today and usually it does not take a favorable approach toward Israel’s policies. And yet, even this magazine found the U.N. report seriously flawed. VIEW ARTICLE

Tomorrow President Obama is to meet with Abbas and Netanyahu. What should we expect? Not much, according to most. And the reason why may be best reflected in this post by Shmuel Rosner who blogs at the Jerusalem Post and writes for Slate Magazine.

He knows what he’s talking about and that’s why I usually agree with everything he has to say.
